Kindergarten Requirements
Children five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2013, and who live within the Allentown School District, should register for 2013-2014 Kindergarten before the first day of school. Call your neighborhood school to schedule a Kindergarten Registration appointment. See 2013-2014 Sign Up Days below.
The following documents are required at Registration:
Proof of immunization: shot records.
Proof of Birth: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, green card, hospital birth record, notarized statement with birth date.
Proof of Residence: lease, utility bill or service agreement for gas/oil, electric, phone, cable TV or notarized statement from parents indicating address of residence.
Children are required to be present at registration with a parent or legal guardian.
2013-2014 Kindergarten Registration Sign Up Days
Sign your child up for Kindergarten next year. They must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2013.To sign up to register your child/ren for Kindergarten, you will need to complete and return the Kindergarten sign up form.
Make an appointment to register your child for school in September. Call your neighborhood school that for more information and to make an appointment on their Sign Up day. Sign Up schedule is:
