Mrs. Monahan - Music Teacher Mr. Hinkle - Band Teacher Mr. Ziminsky - Orchestra Teacher Music students participate in singing, playing, moving, creating, and listening during music class. They are learning to read musical notation in both melody and rhythm. Also, the students are presented with a variety of classical and popular selections as they study different cultures and time periods. |

| FOURTH | Students are graded twice a year for knowledge, participation and behavior. Expectations are used to award "ACE Awards" to individual students or classrooms. ACE Awards may be turned in for ice cream or prizes. The Pennsylvania Arts Standards and ASD standards are the base for music lessons. | ||||
