LVIAC Academic Bowl

The LVIAC Academic Bowl Team represents our school in an organized academic quiz bowl at the varsity and junior varsity level. Four team members, including a captain, train with our WLVT Scholastic Scrimmage team to compete against teams from other local schools. For a second season, William Allen competed in the Lehigh Valley Conference, West Division, meeting at Parkland High School at 4p.m.

  • Varsity and JV - 4th in division

PA Academic Bowl

  • March 12, 2004 - William Allen competed among 12 high schools at the 12th  Carbon-Lehigh regional academic competition.

  • March 14, 2002 - William Allen placed 5th among 12 high schools at the 11th  Carbon-Lehigh regional academic competition. 

  • February 27, 2001 - William Allen entered final round of the 10th Carbon-Lehigh regional academic competition in a three-way tie with Parkland and Southern Lehigh. Southern Lehigh won by correctly answering just two questions more than the William Allen team.
