Virtual Board Meetings

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health pandemic, the ASD Board of Directors will convene virtually. 

Upcoming Meetings

The ASD Board of Directors will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 7:00 PM.

The above registration link is unique to the meeting date. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.  PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR LINK with others.  Links are personalized and customized to the registrant.   

The meeting will also be streamed live on our district YouTube channel.


How to Participate 

Meeting agendas will be posted in advance on BoardDocs.

Participants will be able to use the “raise hand” feature to address the board on agenda items only, when announced by the board secretary, prior to all presentation, discussion, and/or action items.

Participants wishing to address the board on non-agenda items must wait until all presentations, discussions, and actions have concluded. This too, will be announced by the board secretary.
 

The meeting host will un-mute one at a time to permit public comment. Speakers should first state their full name and address of residence and will have 3:00 minutes for comment.


Individuals can be re-muted after a comment or if in violation of Board Policy limits on content and/or duration.

Phone Controls for Participants 
The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting: 
*6 - Toggle mute / unmute 
*9 - Raise hand 

Anyone with questions or concerns should direct them to the Let’s Talk platform. Let’s Talk is monitored daily and responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
