Virtual Board Meetings

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health pandemic, the ASD Board of Directors will convene virtually. 

Upcoming Meetings

The ASD Board of Directors will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 PM. 

This meeting will be virtual. Members of the public can register in advance to join the meeting by using this link.

The above registration link is unique to the November 19 meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.  PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR LINK with others.  Links are personalized and customized to the registrant.   

The meeting will also be streamed live on our district YouTube channel.

How to Participate 

Meeting agendas will be posted on BoardDocs.

Participants will be able to use the “raise hand” feature to address the board on agenda items when announced by the board secretary, prior to all presentation, discussion and/or action items.

Participants wishing to address the board on non-agenda items must wait until all presentations, discussions and actions have concluded. This too, will be announced by the board secretary.

The meeting host will un-mute one at a time to permit public comment. Speakers should first state their full name and address of residence, and will have 3:00 minutes for comment.

Individuals can be re-muted after a comment or if in violation of Board Policy limits on content and/or duration.

Phone Controls for Participants 
The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting: 
*6 - Toggle mute / un-mute 
*9 - Raise hand
