School Reassignment

To request a school reassignment, the following form must be filled out for the 2020-2021 school year.

Forms and information are in both English and Spanish. Requests at all levels (elementary, middle and high school) must be made at your home school. 

A Request for School Reassignment form must be completed by the parent/guardian. 

Requests will not be processed from August 20, 2020, through September 11, 2020, while schools are closed, or while ASD students are engaged in full time virtual learning.

Parents, please understand that children must continue to attend the home school until notification of the outcome of the reassignment request is received.
