School Reassignment

To request a school reassignment, the following form must be filled out for the 2026-2027 school year.

Forms and information are in both English and Spanish. Requests at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school) must be made at your home school. 

A Request for School Reassignment form must be completed by the parent/guardian. Requests must be submitted on or before Friday, August 14, 2026, to be processed by the first day of school.

Reassignment Applications will not be reviewed by school-level administrators from Monday, August 14, 2026, through Friday, September 4, 2026. Reassignment Applications will not be received after April 30, 2027, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.
