School Reassignment

To request a school reassignment, the following form must be filled out for the 2024-2025 school year.

Forms and information are in both English and Spanish. Requests at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school) must be made at your home school. 

A Request for School Reassignment form must be completed by the parent/guardian. Requests must be submitted on or before Friday, August 16, 2024, to be processed by the first day of school, Monday, August 26, 2024.

Reassignment Applications will not be reviewed by school level administrators from Thursday, August, 22, 2024, through Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Reassignment Applications will not be received after April 30, 2025, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.
