The Allentown School District offers a full-time virtual learning program, called the Virtual Campus, for students and families who prefer to learn online.
Students interested in attending the Virtual Campus are required to complete an online Virtual Campus application.
Thank you for your interest in the Virtual Campus. The application window is now closed for the fall semester, but will open again in January 2025 for the spring semester.
The Virtual Campus encompasses a completely different learning and support structure and may not be suitable to the learning style and preferences of all students. Students and parents are asked to report any concerns their children are experiencing on the school campus to school administration or counselors, depending on the nature of the situation, in order for these professional educators to have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concerns satisfactorily and provide appropriate support where necessary. This could include, but certainly would not be limited to, strategies on how to effectively navigate stress and anxiety in a public school setting, a safety plan for students who have experienced the inappropriate conduct of others, as well as meetings with the parents of students allegedly engaging in inappropriate behaviors.
The Virtual Campus Application Prior to completing the application, families should review the Virtual Campus Requirements and Expectations available on this web page.
New Virtual Campus applicants are required to continue attending their home school until they complete a Zoom orientation.
